RULES

This is a knockout competition to be played between February 27th and March 2nd. These dates may be varied depending on the number of entries.  A condition of entry is that you agree to Mark as required. Entrance fee is 5 euros per player and must be paid to the competition secretary before the closing date of Saturday 22nd February,  13.00H.

 

COMPETITION RULES

Games will be played in line with Crystal Marks 4th Edition where not covered below.

1. This is a handicap knockout competition.

2. The winner being the first to score 21 shots.

3. The difference in players handicaps will be added to the scoreboard before the start of the game.

4. Markers will be appointed by the organiser for all matches and a condition of entry is that you agree to Mark as required.

5. Rinks will be drawn prior to commencement of all matches.

6. Two trial ends are permitted.

7. Dead ends are to be replayed.

8. Visiting the head is allowed after the second bowl is delivered.

9. Late arrival. If a player is more than 10 minutes late or advises they cannot play, the game will be awarded to their opponent.

10. The Organisers reserve the right to make changes or alterations.
