Ladies Pairs'​​​

This is a Ladies pairs knockout competition to be held between 13th to 16th March. Dates and times are subject to the number of entries.  

A schedule of play will be made after the closing date and placed on the club notice board.

The competition will be for pairs chosen by the entrants (in other words choose your own partner).  

Entry fees are 5 euros per player and must be paid to the Competition Secretary before the closing date of Saturday 8th March, 13.00H

RULES

Games will be played in line with Crystal Marks 4th Edition where not covered below.

1. The competition will take the form of a knockout competition played over 15 ends

2. Teams can decide between themselves their preferred playing position for each game.

3. Two trial ends are permitted.

4. Dead ends are to be replayed.

5. No visiting the head.

6. The winner is the team with the highest number of shots after 18 ends. In the event of the scores being level after 18 ends, one further end will be played to decide the winner. The toss of a coin will decide who starts the extra end.

7. Late arrival. If a player is more than 10 minutes late or advises they cannot play, the game will be awarded to their opponent..

8. Substitutes are allowed at the discretion of the Competition Organiser.

9. The Organisers reserve the right to make changes or alterations.
